Since 2014, the Reut Sderot Association has been entrusted with running this Senior Employment Club, where 23 seniors come together each day to engage in assembly work, earning a modest income while enjoying a warm, social atmosphere. They gather early in the morning to share breakfast before working together, building a routine that gives them a sense of belonging and contribution.
Your generous support has allowed us to provide much-needed funds to renovate the center, including its safe room, a critical addition in light of the recent security threats. With the situation in Sderot growing more dangerous, the importance of this safe space cannot be overstated.
