Dr. Moshe Glick, a husband, father, and grandfather, is a well-known, widely respected member of the West Orange community, known for his tireless devotion to helping others. He is now facing an unjust and deeply concerning legal situation stemming from an incident at an event supporting Israel. His legal case is unfairly and unjustly being sent to a Grand Jury, regardless of evidence that proves his innocence.

Dr. Glick has been outrageously charged with assault and bias intimidation, after coming to the aid of a person who was attacked by a pro-Hamas protester on the night of November 13, 2024. This incident took place when an anti-Israel group disrupted, protested and incited violence at a peaceful Israeli real estate event at a West Orange synagogue.

Despite video evidence proving Dr. Glick’s innocence, and multiple accounts of false testimony by the alleged victim, the case is still being presented to an Essex County Grand Jury. Furthermore, despite video evidence that the “victim” was the aggressor in the attack, who acted out of bias (“there’s the Jew”), as well as having provided false statements to the police about Dr. Glick’s conduct, he has not been charged with any crime.

Dr. Glick’s defense has required substantial resources, including several attorneys, forensic video analysis, video production, a public relations agency, political consultants, and other specialized services. Dr. Glick is taking on this battle, so that others defending themselves from anti Semitism will not receive unfair and unjust treatment in the legal system.

Let’s partner with Dr. Glick and the Jewish community to support this critical cause, as this precedent-setting case will shape how Jews are treated in the judicial system, in the wake of rising anti Semitism and anti Israel bias.
