For 80+ years, Neve Michael Children’s Home has helped Israel’s most vulnerable children heal and thrive. We partner with them so every child gets a proper birthday—and a proud Bar or Bat Mitzvah.
Every gift counts. Together, we give children stability, warmth, and hope.

400+ children who’ve faced abuse, neglect, and trauma are healing at Neve Michael in Israel. They’re not just “children in need”—they’re Israel’s future teachers, soldiers, parents, and leaders. Your gift isn’t charity. It’s investment in the next generation.
Neve Michael is Israel’s only multidisciplinary children’s home, offering:
Gabi arrived at 8. Today he’s a musician who served in the elite IDF Orchestra. His journey happened because supporters funded therapy, mentorship, education, and daily care.
Every child’s journey begins in the Emergency Crisis Center — the first step toward safety and hope.
Your support helps provide:
Imagine never celebrating your birthday. For many children at Neve Michael, birthdays were just another day — until they arrived here.
The Birthday Room has brought joy to hundreds of children. Each child gets to celebrate their special day, choose a gift of their own, and feel — maybe for the first time — seen, valued, and loved.
Your gift provides:
Every gift of $136 helps fund birthday celebrations throughout the year — but any amount makes a difference.
Each year, about 25 children at Neve Michael celebrate their Bar or Bat Mitzvah through this special, donor-funded program — a milestone that fills them with pride, belonging, and hope.
Your sponsorship provides:
For many, it’s the first time they feel part of something bigger — connected to tradition, community, and the Jewish people.
Sponsor a Bar or Bat Mitzvah for $1,800, or give any amount to help make these moments possible.
Israel365 raises funds for critical causes across Israel. We carefully choose partners whose work aligns with our values and delivers proven results —like Neve Michael. We handle the fundraising so they can focus on care. We retain a small percentage only to cover campaign costs; the majority goes straight to programs.
Government support covers ~75% of basics—food, housing, safety. Therapy, education, enrichment, birthdays, B’nei Mitzvah, tutoring, and aftercare depend on donors. Without you, kids would have shelter—but not the tools to heal and thrive.
80‑year track record. >95% serve Israel through IDF or national service; 99% are employed. You’re not just helping a child today—you’re investing in Israel’s next generation of contributors.
We’re committed to transparency. The majority of your donation goes directly to Neve Michael’s programs. Israel365 retains only a small percentage to cover essential campaign costs—staff time, outreach, processing, and promotion. We believe every dollar should work as hard as possible for the children who need it most.
Absolutely. Sponsorships are amazing, but gifts of any size—$10, $25, $50—add up to celebrations, therapy, education, and care for all 400 children.
Yes! Israel365 (under the name Teach for Israel) is a registered 501(c)(3) in the United States. All donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law, and you’ll receive a receipt for your records.
Results over decades: >95% military/national service; 99% employment among graduates. We share updates, stories, and impact reports—like Gabi’s IDF Orchestra path—so you see your impact.
At Neve Michael, every child gets the incredible chance to begin again — with love, dignity, and hope.Â
Your support makes that possible.
